The four properites without demised car parking spaces own garages an an adjacent area to the site accessed by the private access road outlined in brown on the plan attached to the conyeyance. The owners of the garages and the properties at Stable Court with demised parking spaces are together obliged to pay 16\/18ths of the cost of the upkeep of the road to the freeholder of Dudley House. The members of Stablecourt (Wootton Bassett) Management Company Limited have an obligation under the terms of the lease to pay a contribution of 12\/16ths of the maintenance costs in respect of the access to the car parking spaces demised with the flats marked in green on the conveyancing plan.
